1. Introduction

Welcome to Natürlich Care. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Natürlich Care’s website, located at https://main.natuerlich.care. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Natürlich Care if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Order Process

By placing an order through our website, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement. Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and the order details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A purchase agreement is only concluded when we send the ordered product to you and confirm shipment via a second email (shipping confirmation).

3. Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

4. Returns and Refunds

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, or in advance. We reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods in individual cases. If you fall into default in payment, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears at an annual rate of 5% above the base rate of the European Central Bank.

6. Liability

We shall bear unlimited liability in cases where damages are incurred due to willful intent or gross negligence. For breach of major terms of the contract as a result of slight negligence, our liability shall be limited to reasonably foreseeable damages intrinsic to the contract. We shall not be liable for breach of duties other than those referred to above as a result of slight negligence.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Privacy and Security

When you open a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing is intended to improve your shopping experience and simplify order processing. The processing is carried out based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

9. Collection, Processing, and Sharing of Personal Data for Orders

When you place an order, we collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order and to handle your inquiries. Providing the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide the data will result in no contract being concluded. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.

Your data will be shared, for example, with the shipping companies and dropshipping providers you have chosen, payment service providers, service providers for order processing, and IT service providers. In all cases, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.
